Before performing any marker repair or maintenance:

1. Unload your marker according to your manual to make sure that there are no paintballs or air. Then put the marker in the uncocked position.
2. Do not have an air source attached. Never perform maintenance on a pressurized marker.
3. Eye protection must be worn during assembly and dissasembly.
