Nah, but likely some of their wives!

It's from the 70's and the recipes were submitted by housewives so the food is definitely a bit passe, but there are some decent ones in there.

I would have loved to have seen a recipe that started out with "Get the barrel of your FN-MAG nice and hot by dumping a belt into the bush, butter liberally, and drape your steaks across it to get a good hard sear on each side."
