Mp5 hand guard with rails?

   Do Tippmann make one? I really want one for a BT-4 Delta Elite but I heard since they were A5 threaded I could use Tippman parts. I want the handguard to have a rail on the underside and possibly one on the top, to attach parts to. I want to go over the top and have a magazine plus a front grip located under the barrel. 

I've seen this picture

and I want the hand guard with a rail on it so I can attach a front grip.
