To me that looks like an after-market shroud that will fit over any appropriately sized barrel. I've never seen it before but a search for barrel shrouds or fake suppressors might turn something up. As for the barrel, there could be just about any barrel under there.

It looks similar to the ops gear suppressors here :
and ya like mentioned it could be any barrel.
