No. The extra distance is provided by the spin imparted to the ball as it travels through the barrel riding the upper side of the curved part. An extension, if tight enough to guide the ball would interfere with this spin and affect both accuracy and distance. A looser extension would provide no value at all.
The fact is that paintballs themselves are inherently inaccurate due to the fact they are spherical, fired at low velocity and liquid filled. The extra distance added by the flatline only increases the amount of variation by increasing the range. Somethings that can be done to gain greater consistency with a flatline barrel:

i have a older version tippmann a-5 wit a flat line barrel and for as far as the barrel shoots its accuracy is lacking is there any sort of barrel extension to put on the end of the barrel to help wit the accuracy ??
