Hey all,

Just curious, but is BT a Tippmann company? I was just looking at the BT site and saw a few of there guns and the BT-4 looks just like a pimped out modern version of the 98 platinum. And I saw a video of the rip clip loader introduced by Ben Tippmann. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm just getting back into paintball and I don't know what companies are owned by who or if BT is indeed a Tippmmann company. Thanks for any clarifications. Also, if BT is tippmann, What does everyone think of their markers and the rip loader compared to the cyclone? Thanks

BT is short for Battle Tested, wich is a company owned by Ben Tippmann.It's not affiliated with Tippmann Sports. Tippmann Sports was started as Tippmann Pneumatics by Denis Tippmann.

From what I heard when i was a newbie, was that Ben Tippmann was a relative of Dennis who left Tippmann Pneumatics to attempt his own fortune.
