Got a pair of Belleville 300s today, to replace my six year old boots. They are comfy, although it's weird that I'm wearing a size 12 (I normally wear a 14). My old boots were hiking boots, these will hopefully be more useful all year (ie: hiking, weedwhacking/lawnmowing, walking in snow).
![]() So, what are you all covering your feet with during these frigid times? (P.S. Yeah, I said "what'chu".) |

Belleville 310 DES right now. These do run about 2 sizes small. I haven't worn an 8.5 in probably 10 years.

Old pair of Vans for work, newer ones when I'm not at work. Thread reminds me I need some new shoes soon.

Chuck Taylor All-Stars. All day, everyday. That or some brown dress shoes for work on occasion.

Not these exact boots, but they are very similar. I only wear them if I'm going to be outside for an extended period of time though. Otherwise I just slip on my trusty old Converse one stars.

When its cold = knockoff dark brown Timberlands
When its nice= White Nike Zooms with black and lime green accents or white Adidas that look like DCs that have the 3 stirpes down the side and kinda tribal-ish designs on the sides.

well pics dident post... bates 8" zip up
these, full eye loops, zippers, steel toe, and wide tread pattern... lases dont fall off, boots go on and off in seconds, wide tread so chips dont get stuck in them (other styles picked up to much crap when i worked in the machine shop... chips and rocks will do a number to hardwood and linoleum floors) i plan on getting a pair with goretex but its a waste to wear at work due to liquid metal penetrating the rubber Edited by merc - 01 February 2010 at 6:41pm |
