Horrible form for floorpress.  Supposed to be flat on your back and your arms are supposed to rest on the floor before you press.

Dog might not need deworming.  Maybe he had some bad Mexican food the night before and didn't want it the second time around by licking his leather doughnut.

By raising his lower body up using his legs, most of the work is being done by his triceps which isn't a bad thing.  He'd be better off doing a decline benchpress for his effort here.
