My theory is that they bring in a new driver to be The Stig dependent upon the car being tested; probably a member of the factory race team or someone else who is very familiar with the car.

So he wasn't always the Stig? I was actually watching the episode where they did the 24 hour endurance race with the diesel BMW today. I always love when the Stig takes the wheel and just takes over the track.

In other news, there was a beautiful Ferrari parked in front of The Tannery in Harvard Square on Sunday morning.  I would have done horrible, horrible things to drive that car.

I plan on letting my brother buy or rent a sports car so I can drive it.  He's definitely more into expensive cars than I am, and I can definitely see him making enough money to actually buy one.
