So my friends car was stolen overnight. It turned into a chase later on today, heres the story.

At least it was found, etc, not taken to some chop shop never to be seen

I think it was a bad car to steal, it has a body kit on it and an aftermarket hood, so I would imagine it was easy to spot.

wait, just thought of sompthing.
if it was a proper sand trap they hit that stratus wont have a front bumper at least. im shure its pretty messed up.

Well, he only had PLPD on it, and I don't think they would cover it if it was stolen. At least they got caught and he can take them to civil court. I doubt he'll ever get any money from them, but at least it will make their life that much more miserable once they are out of prison. |

My friend had his car stolen a few months back. They took the rims, the cup holders, and I think the passenger door, I can't really recall. Pretty crazy stuff. Taken right in front of his house and hit doors were locked and alarm was on. Now he's got that Viper Alarm thing.

I just talked to my friend. The car is totoalled and they torched the inside of the car. He's not sure how, but the inside of the car was like burned up as if they took a torch and just burned everything including books for his classes, clothes, shoes and some other stuff.
I'm going with him tomorrow morning to the police department to look at the car. I'll get some pics for sure. |
