Remembrance day for us today. I expected remembrance day
in Afghanistan to be more poignant, but it amounted to nothing more than the four of us taking a quick couple minutes of silence before getting back to loading trucks into the entry checkpoint to the airfield. First time in six years I've not been in a remembrance day ceremony. |

Was in a parade on saturday.
Just watched the ottawa ceremonies on tv, wish I could have gone this year. I have the day off though but I will be doing homework most of the day. Thank you to all who serve and have served in combat. |
