Given that cell phones, cable boxes, TVs, many car clocks, and atomic clocks all automatically reset, you are seriously not paying attention if you get caught in this.

for some reason i've always had this weird feeling that one day time will be way off and no one will have the correct time and then there will be a huge war over who's correct and then the world will blow up in total chaos and no one will know.
