Costs me over $100 to fill the 34 gallon tank in my truck. Only to have it suck it down at a rate of 9 MPG. Needless to say, it gets driven very little. |

Side question - why mid-grade? I have never seen anybody put mid-grade. Most cars/trucks run on regular. High-compression engines, like those found in German cars, require 93 octane. So what is the point of mid-grade? |

I was wondering the same thing about mid-grade fuel. Who would buy that? Someone that wants to run a cleaner engine, but really gets no benefits?
