Huh?  I don't know about trucks, but their cars all run on regular.  I put more than 200k miles on my Camry with only regular.  Those are not high-compression engines.

Both my Tacoma and my Moms Sequoia do it. I don't really know why. My Dad runs nothing but regular in his Camry and it does just fine.

SCREW ENVIRONMENTALISTS MORE REFINERIES!

No, not 'screw environmentalists' I like and agree with some of the stuff they stand for. But when some of your policies have direct and negative impacts on an economy, its time to have your toes stepped on a little bit.

More refineries? Hell, I'd be happy with updating the ones we HAVE, seeing as how there hasn't been a new one built since the 70's.

I wasn't "arguing" with you.

I was being serious. We really should just start drilling everywhere that has oil.

I also really think environmentalists should die. For the reason you stated.

why screw the environmentalists...searching for alternative fuels is extremely important, and I'm sure attempting to save the one planet we've got isn't a bad idea either.  I never thought about it until AP Environmental Science.  I suggest you do some research on environmentalism before you spit ignorance.  Not every environmentalist is a hippie.

That's just an idiotic statement.

Yes, this is true.

I just don't care about the environment.

I'll be dead LONG before it is.

Putting aside the bizarre selfish-ness in that claim, your original statement is still idiotic.

Environmentalists have done more to better your CURRENT situation than most groups you will encounter.  Forget the future - you should be thankful to environmentalists for what you have NOW.

I remember the week I started driving there was a huge deal about the fact gas reached $1.80.

Everyone was talking about a boycott.
