Eh, I thought 21 was OK. Maybe I didn't think it was that great because I was pretty tired throughout the movie, and actually dozed off for a minute or two a couple times.
I actually think the card counting would be do-able. Maybe tricky at first, but with some practice, I think I could do it. The hardest part for me would be picking up the key word that the spotter says, and remembering what current count that word equals. |

I liked crank actually. This is nothing like crank however. It's the best movies I saw this year next to no country for old men. |

No idea, I just heard it sucked from a couple people. Haven't pursued any reviews or anything about it, so I don't know if its good or not. I generally like Jason Statham, but Crank WAS weak, so who knows. |

Really? Everyone I talked to as well as all of the critics loved it.
Why didn't you? |

That was a HORRIBLE movie. I could barely sit through the whole movie.

Yeah I did which is really a big reason why I went to go see the movie.
Did anyone else walk out of the movie feeling stupid. The fact that these peoples minds can do math so fast like that with all the distractions blows my mind. |

Truth, how card counting came about is pretty impressive, along with things like this story. Back before vegas became a disneyland version of itself. |

Same. I don't know if someone who has never read about the MIT Blackjack team or counting cards would enjoy the movie as much. |

I enjoyed it. I went into the movie with a basic background of the story and I think that made it more interesting.

I watched 21 a couple of days ago. Not bad at all. Its not very accurate, but it is close enough.

Seriously good movie. Flopped at the box office but it was well done. Probably one of the best examples of Hollywood portraying something with reasonable accuracy. |

This sounds like the makings of "The book was far better than the movie" type deal. |

Wow, I hadn't heard about this movie. The trailer does look good. And it's based on a true story too. I like to see Jason Statham in decent roles. He seems talented, but he's in some awful, awful movies, like Crank. |
