No, ugliness is an opinion, example:

-Eggys are the ugliest things to enter paintball in my opinion. I'd rather hand feed the balls than put one of those on my marker.

Crappiness is a performance issue, example:

-Eggy's are overpriced and prone to breakage. Especially the feednecks.

dude $45 for a hopper that does 23 bps and i could run paint threw that hopper for an hour straight and wont break a ball so over priced i dont think so and performance is great when u pair the egg3 with the sp8 eyes

u must have one small feed neck if its breaking balls or alot of blow back

There's an "edit" button. Use it.

And no, the feedneck itself on the hopper tends to break quite easy. Not the balls.

I was talking about the egg feedneck. I would never buy one because I've heard way too many stories of eggy's breaking after they have been dropped or even after a hit.

For $25 more, you can get a halo. They are very durable especially when compared to an egg, and quite nice looking.

idk used my friends  it shot 6 and missed 2 and then shot like another 4 befor it missed another          ;     i like my egg and have never had any problems so i wont complain
