I have it, and I just started career mode.


After looking at the Forza motorsport forums, I think I am more interested in just making car designs rather than playing the actual game.

"Drawing" is ridiculously awesome.

A Need for Speed definitely needs the awesome customization just so I could actually play the game without crashing every 3 seconds.

No matter. I've had it for a while. I just tried racing once and hated it.

Now I actually tried racing serioously non need for speed style and it was alright. I tried to design a car, and was like "This is awesome"

So, since I am not an artist this will be cool.

get two square shapes, stretch them across the entire body of the car, keep the width in mind, as well as distance from 0 on the axis. make another.

then do the same on the front and back, using the same width as the top ones, and just match them up.




oh and jmac, i was j/k. I used to be obsessed for awhile, even got pretty good at racing. but then I sold it. after getting 4 million dollars it lost it's fun

I played it nonstop until I got Halo 3 and I have to agree that I am more interested in customization than actual racing. I find the racing gets extremely repetative quick.

maybe when you have all the control systems on.  i always played without them though.  putting 600+ hp to the wheels of an under 2000lb car = crazy wheelspin.  crazy wheelspin on a RWD car = hard to control.

Try driving a corvette with a 999 PI. I swear it can't even go in a straight line. And yeah, I've recently abandonded using any assists, started shifting manually, etc and one of the first cars I tried driving like that was an exige, and I hardly noticed a difference.

but did you have it completely upgraded?  the hardest part was keeping it straight around corners.  its really easy to give it too much gas and spin.  i was also using automatic shifting so i couldnt upshift to give myself some room to overgas it.

I'll have to give that a shot... Seriously, try and drive a corvette in a straight line. Not going to happen.

i think i had the guldstrand corvette, and i agree, they hate straight.  also had an ls7 camero, same story.  but once you get them going straight, you can easily make up for time lost.
