I'm not trying to lose weight, i'm trying to bulk up a bit. So far i've been doing alright.  could be a bit better but i've been out the past couple weeks with a sprained wrist. i went from 152 to 164 and dropped 2% bodyfat since december 26.

I've put on about 6 pounds since January, since I started a new cycle on an NO booster and Creatine.  Considering I was coming off a shoulder injury, I'm happy with the results and improvements in the gym. I just started running again, so we'll see where that goes.

I did the same a last month and was very impressed with the results. But I was able to stay the same weight while taking it, I'm 210# at 5'10" or so and don't need to be any heavier.

I went up about 30 lbs in bench. I started benching 95, and now can do 125 (3 sets of 8). But since I moved I use my mom's boyfriends bench and he only has 95 on the bar so I have to do 3 sets of 15 to get a work out. I curl 25 each arm, 3 sets of 12. Thats really all I can do since those are the only weights he has. I went from 125 to 130 maybe 135, but I don't know the % of body fat but since I can still see my abs somewhat, I assume it ain't all fat.

I still haven't ran, so I don't know how well I do that.

I've been taking five classes and it seems like I get slammed with papers in most of them at the same time so I haven't been able to go to the gym consistently. I can actually run 5k now w/o coughing up a lung afterwards. My time is usually somewhere around 22min 30sec, which sucks. I'm doing all of ten pull-ups from a dead hang now, I think I could do about four when I started. I can do seven palms out, up from about two. Quitting smoking helped a lot. I certainly feel better. I've put on about 5-6 lbs, I'd like to gain another ten, do 5k <20min, 15 pulls ups, 125 crunches in 2min, and be able to do more push-ups. I'm lucky if I can do >40 now.

Real pullups are palms out.  Palms in is a chin up. Pull ups > chin ups.

Now for the sprints. I'm not much of a sprinter, so I've improved a lot in these:

AoSpades, you're a mod now?

some people just can't take some good advice if it was handed on a silver platter.
