Well, the only things that can affect speed are the propulsion force, the drag, and the force of gravity.

The easiest to alter would be gravity. Drop the angle of attack, and gravity is on your side, increasing the speed. Put it in a dive and go REALLY fast!

Well, camera shutters come in a few different flavors, unless Im mistaken. You could have a diaphragm type shutter in the lens assembly, or blinds in the film compartment.

The purpose is the same though, to only allow light to strike the film for the perfect period of time, otherwise youd get a really crappy picture.

A diameter 1.51 cylindrical gage, class X, has a tolerance of .00006

Describe the means by which professional camera flash units calculate the distance at which their intended target is, as well as how they focus the beam in order to achieve the desired light. Also, on the subject of lights, and a likely situation - What is the common means by which the master strobe communicates when to fire to the Slave strobe?

I'd go crazy with center of gravity (by integration), moment of inertia, modulus of elasticity, computational fluid dynamics,  lift coeffecient/drag profiles, thermodyn, orbital mechanics,  and a plethora of stress, torsion, strain, and yielding questions in general if only I had the will to type them.
