1.  Making my sandwich is what you are paid to do.  It is not an extra chore.

2.  When I ask you to do something over or do it different, it is not a personal attack on you.

3.  I want my sandwich the way I like it, not the way you feel like making it.

4.  If you can easily close the finished sandwich without having to stuff the topping inside, you didn't do it right.

They can't really do anything to your food since its made right in front of you.  At Subway that is.

As a former Subway sandwich artist, I definitely agree with number 4.

Not only will will customers be happy with your service, they will tip you well for the extras.

Also expect me to complain if your to lazy to get me fresh ingredients. I do not want the limp lettuce that has to be scraped out of the container that has been ignored all day.

Last but not least, one squirt/pass of mayo is not enough.

While that may be the case, tampering can still occur. While it may not be a spit wad. Stuff can definitely happen.

If you dont like it, find another job. Your not getting paid more because your a complainer.

Your not a slave if you are getting paid.

Your job is to make me happy and give me what I want. Obviously this task is out of your grasp.

As a former sandwich maker (not at Subway), I agree. Other than doing something over, it doesn't take any more time to do it right than to do it half-ass. I always thought it was rather lame to see a limp, skinny sub, even if I'm not about to eat it.
