Some people are famous for songs other people wrote. Some people are famous because of REALITY TV SHOWS. Please explain how that could be talent.

but its in your opinion, so technically the more people that like a band = more money for that band which means they, in the publics eyes, make good music. I agree alot of popular bands suck but its just my opinion and of course we're all entitled to our own opinion, doesnt make anyone right or wrong. The only way to really label a band good is through sales and a fan base, its the only thing you can really measure. |

:D Both are true. Just because a band is relatively unknown does not mean they suck. Likewise, not all popular music is bad. |

I dont think their musics that bad, personally i think most of the underground music people are listening to these days is just horrible. If a band isn't well known theres a reason.

Nickleback are ok. I dont want to listen to them but I have nothing against them. And throwing rocks just isnt cool. But honestly the next band to go on after them was Slipknot, so the crowd didn't have much musical taste anyway.

Nah, Nickleback's got more hard country influence. Creed ended up turning into Alter Bridge if I recall correctly, once they got a new lead singer... |

Nickelback is the latest descendant of Creed-though I'll admit that Creed was alot better as a band, and actually had some decent songs. Nickelback just sucks-I turn the station any time any of their songs come on, especially photographs... Most modern commercialized rock sucks anyway. |
