read your original post though my brother just bought a Benchmade Infidel, amazing knife, because he's active duty. They lady who worked at this store said that she was buying one with her husband before he retired later that year. Basically to purchase one you must be active duty, getting caught with one on the other hand... |

Well, over some internet browsing, the only definition of "illegal knives," according to texas law, are: (6) "Illegal knife" means a: It says the exact same thing on other sites, so I assume this is taken out of Texas law. It says nothing on butterfly knives. Also, 5.5" is pretty big blade... Edited by DeTrevni - 02 May 2007 at 7:06pm |

This is not a guy you'd expect to ninja you when you try to mug him. Also, there goes the slow theory at around the 2:30 mark. It would actually be really cool to do that stuff. I can only flick it open... |

ka-bar? god i love mine, use it for everything. not sure about butterfly knives, but you can get them anywhere. i don't think a cop would do anything about it, but when is he going to see you with it? switchblades and stillettos i know are illegal, and around here i think you go directly to jail, do not pass go do not collect $200, with one. i love my switch though, but it's gotta stay home most of the time :( |
