X7 cyclone and ballbreak problems.

   I bought a couple of X7 with RT trigger to my paintballpark.
Can't get them to work. 

The Cylonefeed in one of them do not work at all. And the others can't shoot a ball without breaking it.

Haven't shoot it over a chrono yet, but is it possible that the problem just if to low velocity?
Maybe the Cyclones isn't getting enough air?
Could it be so easy or do you guys and girls have any other tips?
