How full is your CO2 tank?
Once the tank gets low, the pressure being fed into the marker isn't enough to keep the whole system working. It's one of the drawbacks to the cyclone system. If you haven't tried it out with a full tank, that may be the issue. Otherwise you may have a leak somewhere in your air-supply system leading to the cyclone or a ratchet issue. |

yeah just unscrew the bottom of the cyclone, check to see if it is stripped or broken first, if its not you dont have to spend the money yet for the vortex mod.

If the cyclone doesnt seem like it's gonna rip your finger off when it cycles the ratchet most likely needs to be replaced. Since it's new and Tippmann support is good Im sure they would send you a new one with a phone call.
