$200 Dollars to use on A5

Personally I think stocks are a waste of money. Your CO2 tank works perfectly fine as a stock, and with a mask on it is unnatural to shoulder the stock and try to aim. Stocks offer no performance enhancement, if anything they are a hindrance. Same with remotes, they get snagged on stuff constantly.

The Apex is a good barrel. It is fairly accurate at close range, but it is even more accurate when you put the Apex tip on a J&J Ceramic. However, like the Flatline accuracy suffers at long range, and because the velocity of the ball slows at the same rate as from a normal barrel the chances of the ball breaking at maximum range are low.

Other things I would suggest looking into:
HPA(If your field fills it)
A Palmer's Stabilizer Regulator(Regulates the Gas Flow making shots more consistant)
Ricochet R-5 hopper(lowers the profile of the cyclone)
QEV(Allows the Cyclone to work at higher ROF's)
Rear Velocity Adjuster(Eliminates the FVA screw thus making the marker more efficient)
 

With stocks that attach to the Endcap, you cannot even look down the barrel without bending you head all the way over sideways. The best way to remedy this is a Raised Sight Rail, like we have on our M16A2's. Otherwise you will just be spraying and adjusting.

Yes, the remote does stop liquid CO2 from entering the gun, but IMHO they serve as more of a hindrance than a help.

If there alot of people that play with you that would be interested in using HPA you could look into a SCUBA tank. They fill to 3000psi and sell between 60-200 bucks on ebay depending on the size, and the filling equipment for them is only like $30. Something to look into if you are planning on getting a big thing started.

The Stabilizer will as well as regulate your gas pressure, keep liquid CO2 out of your gun.

The QEV is very simple to install. All you do is take the stock barb off the cyclone piston, slap some teflon tape around the threads on the QEV and screw it in its place.

You cannot run an RVA and a stock at the same time.

Something worth looking into is the "Super R/T" mod. Its a great mod, I have it on my Pro/Carbine. I can get ~23 bps on it.

Another thing is that if you are not playing at a field, you should most defiantly look into a handheld chronograph. There are two ways to play paintball, the safe way or not to play at all. If you don't have a chronograph where you play it is a must that you get one.

Also note that I play mostly Scenario, so don't think that I am directing you away from a stock and remote line because I don't play woods...
