so... i went to 5 x-mas functions this year between me and my gf's family and i took home at least something everywhere i went

flashlight set
dart board
gap gift card
small mind puzzles
250 gig external hd
cordless drill
tool box
allen keys
work pants
various pull overs and sweater type things, nice, not weird x-mas ones
jeans
work pants
a pillow
cigars international gift card
a zippo with my initials engraved on it from my brother
various snack foods and kitchen stuff
bike seat
kohls dept. store gift card
poster frames

basically, a bunch of smaller end stuff that i needed.  this x-mas was fun, especially seeing 90% of the stuff under the tree at my rents house for me because my brother got a $400 suit.

Unfortunately, it's back to work for me tomorrow in about 9 hours.

We (gf) bought my gf's daughter a laptop, she's going to chef school (Vancouver) on Jan 2 and has no comp; we put it in a backpack and told her we bought her some school supplies, she never noticed it until her sister saw it and she freaked, actually started crying which was pretty touching. We got her other daugther an digi cam, 1 gb card, and her youngest a ipod 68gb - I got $100 off it because the 80gb's came out in Sept and the store manager wanted to get rid of it.  I bought my son a nice leather comp chair, hoodies, and $$ for a tranny for his truck.   Also had one of the best turky's ever, it was 21 lbs which I bought from the Hutterite's, when I picked it up, they had a 35 and 38 pounder for sale as well.

well im not going to take pictures because im lazy.

mac laptop

80G video

$300+ in cash

band of brothers

some PSP games

some kinda car safty kit thingy

some gift cards

i was lucky that no one bought me clothing other then sweaters because they would have messed it up by buying me really large pants. i lost 46 lbs and went from 40's to 34's so no one knew my sizes and i kept them a secret so they would give up some dead presidents and i could by my own, worked well i think but i dont have much since i have to get rid of almost every piece of clothing i had befor i left.

Yeah, I agree. He's cool and all, but I'd never buy anything with his likeness on it. My sister seems to like giving me stuff with him on it for some reason.... Oh well, at least I know who he is etc, unlike most kids who wear their che shirts and just think "its that cover from rage, right?"

You mean he isn't the lead singer of Rage?

- Booklight

- Coupon book for free movies and food at Consolidated theaters.

- Gift card to Gamestop

I didn't score a whole lot this year, but the past couple years have been excessive in the loot I have received, so I'm ok with it.

  • Dremel kit
  • PB store gift certificate for 25 bucks (gone in a flash)
  • 40 bucks
  • Mall gift card (this was a mistake on the givers part) for 25
  • Starbucks gift card (I hate Starbucks, so I'll give it to my sis)
  • Cactus/hygrometer/nursery giftcard (yes, I like gardening)
  • New headphones
  • Dumbells
  • New Reloader B shells
And I still have one side of the family to get stuff from.

I got my wife a nice perfume gift set she'd been wanting, along with some books she's been searching for for a long time and not found. I got her a nice new purse, along with a new Prada wallet, which I'm told is really nice by women who would know. She also got some watches and other little things she's been wanting. Her mother got her a nice home stereo. Working from home, it'll come in handy.

I got two of the best books written on magic, one each on cards and coins, lots of gift cards, some games (board and video), and a new goose down comforter and space heater, not to be kept too closely.

Good Christmas.

I got

$50 from my grandma and a lotto scratch and win (i won $5)
$200 from my parents (I lent them a Large amount when they were in a pinch so they payed me back with intrest)
And some car mats for my VW from my Sister.

I gave

Im most proud that i handed over ownership of my 2000 Yamaha V-Star 650 classic to my mother for cristmass.  Her 97 Suzuki has been acting up latley and its keeping me busy just keeping it running let alone performing right.   Further more shes has been drooling over my bike since i got it a year and a half ago.  So i decided to give it too her and ill be buying a Kawasaki KLR 650 for myself as soon as i sell my truck.  I also gona keep my moms suzuki and completely stip and rebuild it as a coustom bobber setup.

I got my dad actually nothing (he knew about the bike thing and was happy enuf with that no more of my mother being starnded in tim buck too and us haveing to go pick her and the bike up).

And i got my sister some Aerosmith cd's (big fan) and a I promise of a Wii after the boxing day mess.

I gave the red bike to my mother and now have the black one as a project bike and will buy a new bike for myself after my truck sells.
