sounds like a question for rambino. im not a lawyer so i can only guess it would, unless theyre your friends or something. but depending on the situation it could be labeled a hate crime i guess, against emos, punks, jocks w/e they are. |

Ive heard of an assault charge in a high school where like 4 or 5 kids went up to a teacher who they were friends with and were holding him down, acting like they were going to tape him to a chair. He freaked out, and they backed off before they laid a single piece of tape on him. He did in fact have the option to press assault on the boys, but i dont think he did. So yeah, i think they could definitly charge you with assault if you held them down and shaved them, although it would be hilarious.
