Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies, especially grilling and Asian food. I just made these, Thai style spring rolls.  They contain pork, shrimp, fish sauce, garlic, green onions, and Thai red chile paste, with some Thai sweet chile sauce for dipping.  Amazing.

Any other cooks out there?

I can cook pretty well, but I only cook about once a week. I think the last think that I made was grilled chicken with wild rice and this amazing salad mix(yea I cheated). It was soooooooo good.

I should get into cooking, lord knows I'm gonna need to soon enough. I've always liked BBQ.

That does look tasty though.
