I think it is funny.

I have laughed at songs by them. It is too outlandish to take seriously...to me atleast.

Underoath... like Pate said, their new album rocks ass.

Coheed and Cambria... I'd recommend the album In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3. If you're looking for a more pop/rock sound, check out the Second Stage Turbine Blade by them... and if you're looking to go a little heavier... Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV, Vol. I: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness(really long titles ftw.)

Chiodos(think Blood Brothers + Underoath)

Death From Above 1979(think Rock music, but you could totally dance to it.)

Motion City Soundtrack

I've been in an old school rap mood lately...

KRS1, Public Enemy (Fear of a Black Planet is essential!), RUN-DMC and even some Sir Mix-a-lot.   New rap is only about bling, biatches and bangin'.

Wow, when was the last time you saw that from a 35 year old white guy?

"Thats right, I play pump... your girlfriend borrowed my last set of batteries."
"How many times a second are you going to miss me before I shoot you?"
Dave Ellis Rocks!!!
