What's your favorite building?

Me = Cathedrals. Seriously. Is there anything cooler!? Even the name "Cathedral" makes you say "Woah..."

Cologne Cathedral. Just, wow.

Yes, this is a boredom thread...

Canadas parliament is pretty dope. Its nice from the outside, has a cool tower with a good view, and is very well done on the inside. Like, they dont beleive in normal hallways and whatnot, everything is so stylized, etc.

Interesting tidbit: the cathedral I posted, the Cologne Cathedral, took 600 years to finish, starting in 1248 and ending in 1880. Wow.

My favorite cathedral in the world, in large part because I got to stop by Ulm on my way around Germany when I was 16. I didn't really know what I was seeing at the time.
It really bugged the hell out of my wife when something about cathedrals was mentioned on tv and I told her about going to Ulm. She'd heard about it from a professor, the grand beauty of it, the tallest cathedral in the world, she would really love to go and see it, and I just casually mention having dropped by it.

Bigger picture.

Neuschwenstein. I can't spell it but it was amazing to see it. I would like to go again in the Winter.

The EMP (Experience Music Project) in Seattle

I've only seen it from the outside, I haven't had the privilege of going in it yet, but hopefully I will my next time I'm out there.

This place is crazy, inside and out.
