Barrel Bore to Paint Size?

   kk so the stiffi im buying has a .693 bore but msot paint is liek .689 will i loose accuracy or waste air, i dont really understand why there are so many different bores...can someoen give me a in depth explination, i did search the internet but didnt find anythign that was helpful...
