ok so there are different tank like 68 cu 47 72cu 4500 3000 ect so what do the #cu mean? is the higher number the bigger or waht would a 47cu 4500 be the same as a 68cu 4500 i dont get it |

cu, or ci means Cubic Inches. This is how large the tank is. The 3000, or 4500 means how much pressure the tank is rated for.

wait so wouldnt you want a small tank like a 47 cu but with 4500 because it would be smaller than a 68cu and still be 4500 so it would hold the same ammount?? |

No, it would not.
How you calculate shots per tank: Take number of Cubic Inches/Units (IE: 45) multiply by 10 for a 3000psi tank, or 15 for a 4500psi tank. So, a 68ci tank at 3000psi will hold about 680 shots, and a 47cu tank at 3000psi will hold about 470 shots. |

If you can get 4500 PSI fills, then most people will recommend either a 68/4500 tank or a 45/4500 tank |
