e-grip+double trigger pull

   Ok i have an a-5 with doulbe rigger and e grip. My first question is there anyway to make the trigger pull shorter.....not light(like pen mod). And also can someone point me to like instructin on how to work the different settings of my grip. My pops threw away the instructions and packaging. Thanks
