Favorite video game enemies

I like the Tonberry:

In the Final Fantasy games you run across this little guy in deep and powerful areas, far from save points. You've just been fighting off powerful dragons with 40,000 hp each and powerful defense, and you've been using powerful magic to get by. Then you come across Tonberry. Cute, right? So you just do basic attacks to get him out of the way, except he doesn't die. He also doesn't attack, he just waddles forward a few steps. Figuring he got lucky, you hit him with basic attacks again. Same thing, he just waddles forward a bit. Now, maybe you're beginning to wonder what's going on with this Tonberry. There have been creatures in other Final Fantasy games that haven't attacked right out. So maybe you step it up and hit him with some spells for a couple of rounds and he just steps forward some more and now he's right up on your main character. Tonberry looks at your character, reaches up with that little knife of his and pokes you. You DIE!!! And Tonberry walks back to his starting point. Now you're down a character in a very dangerous area and facing a creature that is obviously more than match for most groups. Turns out that, depending on which FF game, Tonberry might have 100,000 to 200,000 hp, far more powerful than any creature near it. When you see him you have to unleash everything you've got to stop him from killing you.

I like Tonberry. That slap in the face the first time he just kills one of your characters is priceless, and never again in a Final Fantasy game will you underestimate the Tonberry. My friend wanted to feel out how powerful the FF7 Tonberry was and I watched it stand there and take a Knights of the Round before waddling forward a bit.
