hey i was wondering if it was a good idea to get a 68 carbine to screw around with and try to fix up?

yea I love doing that try and put a limit on how much you spend on it so you can experiment more than just put upgrades on.

There certainly aren't as many upgrades available as there used to be, but with the carbine there are many you can do by yourself.

It's an excellent tinker gun, as I'm sure you've seen what Enos did with his.

If you plan on getting a 68, be sure to find one with the metal bottem line, as that ensures it has the CVX valve or any Pro Carb works.

Yeah, you can do alot with them.

Here is my pro/carb, which is pretty much the same thing but it has a forearm...
