Actually Ben Tippmann is the nephew of Denny Tippmann, not his son. And great job bumping a year old plus thread that bumped a 6 year old thread......and using inappropriate language to boot.

Thumbs Up

As someone new to the sport, I'm interested in a milsim without going overboard at this time.  Looking at a few out there and knowing Tippmann's reputation, I am interested in the two BT's.  Not knowing too much about them, since I have not been able to '"pick one up" and look it over, I'm leaning to the BT-4.  The two main reasons are the offset feed tube (so I can use the sights) and the availability of using different barrel types.  I will definitely use a remote.  I still would like input from the forum on any other advantages/disadvantages that I might run into.  For instance, can I use other milsim rail attachments, such as scopes, lights, or other upgrades, etc.?
