Have I not been saying this would happen? Hope you enjoy a clogged network...
Also I dont give my screen name to every person on the net. I only give it to people that I know will not aquire a virus and not intentionally send me one. |

depends on what needs to be accomplished and how well one adapts to certain lines of technology. there was an AIM targeted virus i saw run rampant a few weeks ago. it sent messages over aim saying "How do i look?" followed by a link containing the virus. the easiest way to ensure you never get a virus like this is to not be such a n00b and click on everything people link you to. |

Keep in mind that just because very few people try to code virii for OS X doesn't mean they could anyway. The Unix permission system makes it almost impossible for malicious code to damage your system. Of course, that's excluding a braindead user putting in their admin password. |

Hijackthis. It eliminayes spyware and viruses by searching for spyware/virus-like behavior of registry entries and allows you to remove them. |

Those come along all the time on AIM, I just run my AVG and Adaware SE and then restart my computer and it's gone.

What?....they avtually send infected hardware through the mail to people now??? Awesome! Anyway, I already put the virus fix 1) on a thumbdrive and 2) on my own hosting. This way it wont be blocked/ I can do it off my thumbdrive, but my CA, who obviously had the virus had the checker tell her she didnt have it. It's a new virus me-thinks. |

Disconnect the internet line. It can't sign into msn then. And as for the blocking the fix sites, just burn the fix to a cd or save to disk or whatever from another comp and do it the old fashon way. That is if you can find the fix.
ps housecall.antivirus.com is a good free online scanner/remover if you can get to it.... |
