well, i just got my new remote coil in for my 98c, so i gassed it up. to this point, its flawless. i fire it a few times and now the problem arrives: pressure is not adequate to drive the bolt. i get that little PBBBBTTTTTTTT! noise you get when you are out of air. i know this is not the case because i filled the CO2 the day before the coil came in and never shot it. now, i have checked all the o-rings, loosened some screws, checked the pressure in the coil and even adjusted the velocity adjuster on my 98c, from closed to wide open, and to no avail. i really dont want to take it to my dealer, because he is too expensive, and will find a way to make me pay for something, and i dont want to mess up my tippy worse. basically, i was hoping a wise and knowledgable forumer would be able to help me with my repairs.

my setup might have something to do with it: x-chamber with vert. adapter, rufus dawg delrin venturi bolt, bt rear cocking (like a cheap rocket cock), and the new remote.

Did you leave the tank on the remote overnight? I've done that before and the whole thing leaked out. Unscrew your tank and flick the bttom of it, if you hear it ding and echo, there should still be enough in there.

no, i screwed it in, tested it, got mad and took it out. tank is still full.

when i hook the tank up to the gun itself, it works fine, so i know its the remote...

Do you have a slide check. I have heard of slide checks restricting flow.

it does have a slide check...

is there a remedy to this situation?

edit-wait, never mind. i took off the slide check and it shoots like a dream. nifty. i never would have guessed the slide check.

the on/off on the top of the remote fitting should be off when mostly unscrewed and on when screwed in,  attach the tank to the remote and screw the knob all the down, then loosen it 1-2 turns, i had this same problem and found that tightening it all the pressurized the remote line, but then cut off the air from the tank.
