I have a dress code from my employer, why shouldnt they?

If they dont like their job they can quit like the rest of us.

Will just be easier on them to wear their "go to court" clothes, will save transit time after the (fill in the blank) arrest.

Most proffesional employeers and employees require a dress code to maintain that proffesion attitude and look. Bet everyone here would trust thier stock broker or lawyer on a face to face if he wore "bling bling" and his pants hanging around his thighs, and his sixers jersey.

The dress code is a good idea. They are proffesionals, they should dress acordingly. Just because they dont have a desk job is no reason that they should wear their jeans around their ankles and tasteless tacky "bling" all over the place.
