Helloooooo, can I ask how do you take the barrel adapter out? Does it twist out or pull out?  I have loosened the proper screws but it is like glued there.

yes, it is fairly easy to put back together. If you have problems do a search and I'm sure you will find the answers that you are looking for.

NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.

Facing the gun, twist the adapter counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn, then pull.  But the screws have to be pretty loose - both the front screws and the Cyclone screw have to be loosened.  This may be easier to do with a barrel screwed in, so you have a handle.
