The return of the gnomes...

For some reason I told you so doesnt quite cut it......

When you kill them by conventional means, they split into 4 different gnomes. Thx vry much.

The poem in its entirety is much longer,
But this applies to a gnome.
I cannot now think of words much stronger,
And so I will simply stay home.

Gnomes must bear my anger's brunt
And feel the fear deep inside
From every stike and each grunt
Of strain against fury's tide.

Not simply once,
And by grace more than twice
All said I shall thwart you thrice.

Defeat? No, our challenge is more severe.
You shall be smitten,
And we shall persevere.
Gnomes shall die as too often we've been bitten.

Our words we will not eat
As we will have had our fill
On your bones, sinew, and meat,
Saving none for future thrill.

And is it dismay you see in our eyes?
Surely you're fooled by desperation.
Fierce or not you shall meet your demise,
The forum lives on and knows not limitation.

Now sit right there,
Low gnomish beast.
The stew I'll prepare,
And soon we shall feast.

The gnomes choke and wheeze.
Sputtering in dying throes.
Their defeat came with ease.
Seems we are left with no foes.

Before we claim to have won
How long must we tarry?
Their last tale have they spun,
Or have they an Hail Mary?
