Sorry to all for starting a new topic on the same subject but, could any J&J Ceramic owners tell me if the Ceramic barrel has a spiral bore (Rifleing) in the barrel? and to what the best range is before the ball starts to arc? Thanks.

No, it doesn't have rifling. As for the range; it will shoot just as far as any other regular barrel (like the stock A-5 barrel).

They have spiraled porting (they are not rifled - rifled means that they have grooves on the inside of the barrel which causes the ball or bullet to spin, increasing accuracy). As for the range of the Bigshot; all barrels except the Flatline and Apex shoot the same distance. The only barrel I know of that is rifled is the Empire Twister.

Edit: Just to let you know rifling on paintball barrels really won't make them any more acurate than barrels without it.
