MRU Lists, little things programs leave behind. They arent really spyware. Photoshop leaves about 5 a day. I delete around 16 daily so it builds up. I just reinstalled Adaware about two months ago, before that I had close to 7k.

Nay, no spyware. I ran Adaware and Spybot last night plus HijackThis, I'm clean.

Actually you still do have spyware, that code in the quote is spyware at work. I suggest you install and run either webroot spysweeper or microsoft anti spy.
