THis probably seems like a dumb question to al you high and mighty people that call all the people who dont know what their talking about noobs (even though you shouldnt call people noobs because everyone started out at one point and had trouble and didnt know what everything was right away) but anyhow, i wanted to know what the difference in a thermal mask and antifog mask are, i always thought thermal was antifog, im not as bad as my friend though that though thermal would be like infrared vision lol.

Thermals are "anti fog," due to their design, but Vforce masks in particular are not thermal, but have an "anti fog" coating on the lens. Both serve the same purpose. Go with either type; you can't go wrong. |

i think thermal has to do with the way the mask is designed and anti-fog is the lens that's special i don't know if its true but its a rumor i heard but they both do the same thing. i would get the anti-fog just incase it rained that way it might help[ more than thermal.

My cheap old Armor mask NEVER fogged up. My Profiler NEVER fogs up either. I detect flawed logic. |

Thermal is a special lense that does not fog (usually), anti fog lenses usually have an anti fog coating on them. V-force is by far my favorite mask brand and they use anti fog coating.

anti fog and thermal goggles do the same thing but they are different methods. my vforce armor mask has never fogged up on me. i even blew constantly into the mask to see if it would fog, it didnt. also, about saying that everyone were noobs at one point. i disagree. to me, a noob is someone who asks stupid questions and says completly whack things without thinking about wut they just asked. they dont think about logic. they dont take the time to study a couple of things about paintball. f.e.: person new to paintball: does sound activativation in hoppers help a lot? vs. guy:my empire reloader b is sound activated noob:o, cool, wut do you say to it?(one of my friends actually said that) just thought ide give my opinion on wut a noob is |
