Our moderators are entirely unpaid volunteers (although we did get a cool t-shirt in the mail recently, which I just wore for a game last week).  There are no written guidelines to tell us how to do the "job".

We are simply forumers that chase trolls away.  Any idea that we share anything at all with some dictionary moderator is simply and completely wrong.
