Let us break down your response to my stunning insights.

2) You say, "I R NOT BIGOT"
3) You repeatedly claim no ill will towards **edited**s.

So, why can they not marry. Hmm? Forget the religious aspect. It is not relevant. In the eyes of the legal system of the united states, why can **edited**s not enjoy the same rights (specifically tax breaks) as straight couples? Why is it alright for segregation to be in place via 'seperate but equal' civil unions, which are not equal anyways, as marriage confers more benefits.

So, you are not a bigot, even though you say they can not marry, hence you are saying that they do not deserve the same equal rights, liberties, and freedoms that every other american enjoys on a day to day basis under the legal institution of marriage, and the ebenfits thereof.

I'll ask you for perhaps the millionth time, what reason is there that they should not be allowed to have the same rights and tax benefits, etc, as hetero couples?
