Ah, I can see where that could be read in the way you suggest. Poorly stated on my part. Let me clarify - focus on the "any blame" part. My point is that to the extent that blame is due to Bush that blame is not reduced because Congress may also share in that blame.

No. Congress "may also" share it is wrong. If anyone gets blamed, BOTH parties do. They allowed us to go to war. 50/50

Ok, bad choice of numbers.
Doesn't change the fact that they get equal blame if people are to blame. But no one is to blame, everything is legitmate and legal. |

Hehe, took 10 pages to get to that conclusion
OS was stating that not only Bush was to blame becasue Congress singed the paper, contrary to what a lot fo the forum, country, and world say. Edited by Linus |
