I know how you feel. I messed up my knee, it really hurts to play football now, but I hate doctors and never go to them. I talked to the trainer at our school, he told me it could be torn cartiledge and maybe some torn ligaments.

I got mine pretty good playing Rugby... I rolled it repeatedly over the next few months, so I decided to give up soccer for a season, and rugby was cancelled for the spring because a kid broke his neck...

Oh, I forgot to mention that I did some physical therapy to stengthen it. I only inquired because I was already w/ a therapist due a broken finger that wouldn't go straight after healing on it's own,

Well its doing better now. I posted that within 20 minutes of doing it. Now im back on the gool ole medications, so if I say something to offend you please ignore it.

It just really makes me mad, my team does need me. Coach is going to be pissed.

That seriously sucks man. I very rarely injure myself, and have never had any serious ones oddly enough. I trick bike, play paintball, and play a lot of tackle football with my friends. Never once had a major injury.

I don't get it...

I always thought that would make one more prone to injury (i.e. pulled muscles and stuff).

I'm 6' 1" 175 pounds. Never broken a bone (that I know of), but I do pull muscles on occasion, and my ankle did get messed up that one year...

I've broken a rib when being slammed in wrestling, never got it checked out, kept going to practice everyday.

Other than that I've never done anything that bad untill the end of last month when I sprained my ankle and today when I did it again.

Yeah I'm under 7% bodyfat from wrestling. They made me drink water to gain weight before matches or the IHSA wouldn't let me wrestle.

Who's more likely to get hurt, the 6' 2" guy(pretty big man...), or the 5' 6" guy(what most of my friend's heights are). Just a lot less mass being thrown at a lot more mass. Something has gotta win, and the bigger you are, the stronger your parts are, in general.

Like I said, never had a major injury. Only stitches I've had were for my wisdom teeth.

That stinks. Never really hurt myself so bad to take me out of something I'm doing. Pulled muscles is about it. I'm 6' and 150lbs and around 12% body fat....

That sucks man. I wish I could play football (5'6", 115lbs, grrr).

I twisted my ankle today in gym though. We were playing this game (forget the name), you know that english game with like the mallets and the really hard balls (we were trying to play baseball with them, I got hit right in the lower back). Then I stepped on one and rolled my foot.
