   I have already ran this by Reb Cpl and he said he dident have anything against it but he needed to think it over. (we have also talked about this in the past.) I have not yet had a chance to contact him since we last talked about it. 
With schools getting out and the summer almost here we are going to see a huge wave of new forumers. The Mods might need a hand. 
If this works out the thread will become stickied and it will look something like this.
Mods can decide how long each day stays up until it is removed. forumers can check this to see if their name is up and see if they can fix the problem.
