^It's not capped at anything. It can go as fast as you want it to with the proper modifications...

You can't cap the cyclone, it has no electronics.

Been playing about 580 hours with my A-5 with RT and have not had a chop in the cyclone. What BPS do they chop at since my RT hasn't caused it yet. I have had to clean it from ball oil and residue, but no globs of paint or chunks of gelitin.

A cyclone will get around 18bps before chopping or malfunctioning.
I've had mine for over 2 years an never had a break in the cyclone. Edited by You Wont See Me |

Sorry, forgot to mention, Mr. Ordinance I went to that event yesturday but was at Jungle Games playing today instead of seeing the finals. I made a post about it and thought maybe more forumers would reply or show... it was a good time, glad you also got to make it! The Tippmann rep told me the cyclone would probably drop for around $70. |

A Cyclone won't forget to tell you to change it's batteries before go out on the field. And personally, shooting above 15 bps (not even the limit to the Cyclone) should get you a nice punch in the face, or you need to buy an accurate barrel. Or at least learn how to hold the gun steady.

I hit running people with around 10-15bps regularly. The higher rates are for sales of both markers, paint, and hoppers and nothing more.
